An overlook of the Mimbres River valley from the slopes on the west side of the valley, near the burg of San Lorenzo.

4 May 2008. This slope is limestone &, due to the low elevation, has a flora including some typical Chihuahuan Desert plants that are on the edge of their distribution here.
