Apium graveolens L.

Wild celery, introduced from Europe and now widespread in the United States. In New Mexico is frequents moist montane habitats; I have seen it in the Sacramento and Jemez Mountains. Without open inflorescences, it can easily be confused with Rudbeckia laciniata.

Plant habit at San Pedro Parks, Jemez Mountains, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, 25 Jun 2010.
