Hoffmannseggia microphylla
A semi-succulent subshrub of the Sonoran Desert, with small, ephemeral leaves. Photographed in Baja California, also occurring in extreme southwest Arizona and southeast California.
Flowers and immature fruit at Puertecitos, 10/17/06. The fruits are densely viscid-glandular.
