Thysanocarpus curvipes subsp. amplectens

A brassicid that can be very abundant on relatively moist rocky slopes in southern Arizona and adjacent New Mexico. This genus and Athysanus are the only brassicids with single-seeded fruits. Subspecies amplectens has glabrous stems & radiate fruits.
